Range of application:

Mainly used for packing and sealing of PVC, PE, PP-R, ABS, composite pipe samples for hydrostatic test, blasting test, negative pressure test and so on.

Working principle:

End caps are used for sealing the test pipes. High temperature resistant silicone seal rings embedded in the end caps seal groove,

the end caps metal rings press the silicone seal rings.

The O-ring which is deformed by external force acts as a seal.

Configure:

Include bolt, O ring ,vent valve etc all assembly complete.

Fixture structure

Half round pot form,easy for installation , no leakage, convenient operation.
